My to do list is getting longer, just like my nights in the library. The semester is starting to get really intense in all of my classes. This week I had 2 group projects, an Accounting exam, and 2 papers due. Finally, it is Friday and I am finished with it all!<\/p>\n\n<p>I am really looking forward to my Marketing class next Monday, the Vice President of Sales for Proctor and Gamble is coming to talk to my class. This is a huge opportunity to learn a lot about a great corporation, and a leader in its field. Also, I am hoping to test my networking skills and make some connections. <\/p>\n\n<p>I promise I will start updating more often. My entire family gets really into it. I swear, my dad has probably spent more at the bookstore on apparel than I have on books! We had a great weekend. There was a brat and chili feed, a football game, and even a concert featuring \"Tonic Sol Fa,\" an acapella group. It was great to spend the weekend with them! Love you Mom, Dad, Rick and Court!<\/p>\n\n<p><img alt=\"Parents Weekend Collage resize.jpg\" src=\"http://blog.stthomas.edu/patrick/archives/Parents%20Weekend%20Collage%20resize.jpg\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" /><\/p>\n\n<p>This past weekend was Homecoming and the Tommies pulled out a win against Concordia! Much like in High School, homecoming here is about much more than the game. There was an event called Taste of Saints, held in the upper quad with food and games for the whole family to enjoy. You can bet my family was here, clad in purple gear.
