Tip: Like all web applications, there is a limit to how long the server will maintain data about your session between requests (i.e. between submissions or link clicks). For this application, the limit is set for 40 minutes. If you submit a form that has taken longer than 40 minutes to complete--either because it had a long description or because you were interupted while completing it--an error will occur when the form is submitted. A good practice is to write longer descriptions in a text editor prior to opening the form, then cutting and pasting into the form. This way, you won't loose your work if your session times out. Further, since web applications are vulnerable to network errors and other problems, this is a valuable practice even when a session timeout is not a concern.
